Screening General Enquiry

If you work in the cervical screening service (e.g. GP practice staff, Laboratory, Colposcopy), information on a patient screening history can be found by using the NHS Cervical Screening Management System (CSMS). If you do not have access to CSMS, information on how this can be obtained can be found by clicking on this link. Please use this online submission only if CSMS does not help answer your query.

• Submit a general enquiry to CSAS
• Send a query regarding an existing enquiry that has been made to CSAS

The online form will ensure the quickest possible response time to your requests and queries. You will be prompted for all the information CSAS needs to process your request.
